Who this service is for

Patients attending appointments, families visiting a relative, and out-of-town visitors who want a pre-arranged ride between the airport, a hotel and a hospital or clinic. A chauffeur handles the driving and parking so you can focus on the visit.

What we provide

Ordinary chauffeur car service, booked in advance:

• Point-to-point rides between your home or hotel and a hospital or clinic.
• Airport transfers to and from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) for visitors travelling for care.
• Hourly chauffeur service when you need a driver to wait or make several stops in one day.

What this service is not

We are a chauffeur and car service. We do not provide ambulance, emergency or medical transport, and we do not provide medical care. If you need a vehicle with a wheelchair lift, medical equipment or staff assistance, tell us before you book and we will let you know honestly whether we can help.

Planning your ride

Work back from your appointment time, then add the drive, parking and check-in. Allow extra time at rush hour and in winter weather. Tell us your exact pickup address, the hospital or clinic entrance, your appointment time and how many people are travelling, and whether you will need a return ride.
