QUOTES AND RESERVATIONS:

Getting a quote or booking our service is now easier than ever. You can do it right here on our website or by downloading the Tansil Car Mobile App from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Rest assured, both platforms have been carefully designed with your convenience and security in mind. If you need any assistance during the process, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING:

Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a BOOKING CONFIRMED email to put your mind at ease. This email serves as confirmation that we’ve accepted your request. We’ll keep you informed, and you’ll hear from us again once we’ve assigned a driver to your booking.

PERSONALIZED DRIVER ASSIGNMENT:

You’ll receive a YOU’RE ON THE SCHEDULE email once we’ve assigned your driver, which is typically a few days before your scheduled service. If you prefer using our Mobile App, the driver’s name and contact number will be conveniently available under MY TRIPS/UPCOMING RIDES. And when your driver is on the way, we’ll send you a PUSH NOTIFICATION.

TRANSPARENT CHARGES:

Our quoted prices are based on estimated distance and duration. Rest assured, the final charges will accurately reflect the actual distance and duration at the time of service.

For Point-to-Point airport transfers, there is no extra fee for wait time if your flight is delayed. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, so we’ll track your flight and ensure your driver is there to meet you. In the event of a flight cancellation, just give us a call to cancel your reservation without any charges.

Upon landing, you’ll have a complimentary 40-minute waiting period. After this period, we apply a wait time charge of $40 for every additional 30 minutes.

For non-airport Point-to-Point services, wait time charges will begin 10 minutes after the requested pick-up time and will be billed every 30 minutes, if needed.

CLEAR TAXATION:

Please note that all orders will incur an 8% Ohio sales tax. Additionally, there is a $4 airport tax applied to trips to or from CLE airport.

INCLUDED TIP:

To ensure a seamless experience for you, we automatically include a 20% tip in your charges. The entire tip amount goes directly to your driver, who will surely appreciate your generosity. If you wish to tip more, you can always do so directly to your driver.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your trip within 24 hours of your pickup time, kindly contact our office to avoid any cancellation charges. Alternatively, if you need to update or change your reservation, simply give us a call, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you through the process.
